Born and raised on the enchanting island of Corfu, Greece, she brings a profound heritage and expertise to our team. With six years of directing operations in the hospitality industry, her focus has always been on fine dining and delivering unparalleled customer service.
Her passion for olive oil is deeply rooted in her family’s tradition of cultivating their own olive groves and producing exquisite olive oil. This heritage has instilled in her a profound appreciation for the olive’s significance in Greek culture.She takes immense pride in ensuring that our clients receive the utmost attention and respect.
Our Olive Miller

Mihail D. Antonopoulos
Born and raised in Kalamata, Greece, he embodies the legacy of seven generations of olive oil artisans, cultivating groves with trees over 4,000 years old. With an MSC in Earth Science, Geology, and Environmental Sciences, he has dedicated his life to producing the finest olive oil. As President of the Greek Agricultural Corporation, his expertise is further recognized through his tenure as a professor at the University of Peloponnese, where he teaches graduate students environmentally friendly cultivation and irrigation practices. The olive oil he masterfully produces has earned the esteemed TÜV Austria Hellas certification and the Golden Taste Award, reflecting his commitment to excellence and sustainability.
