The Ultimate Martinis
Sweet Chrsyo’s or Asimi Martini
Ingredients:
3.5 oz. premium gin (e.g., Hendrick’s or The Botanist), 0.5 oz. sweet vermouth 0.25 oz. 3 drops Chryso’s or Asimi olive oil, Passoa liquor or passion fruit puree, Ice cubes, Orange twist.
Instructions:
1. Chill the Glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes
to get it nicely chilled.
2. Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing glass, combine the gin, sweet vermouth, and Passoa or puree.
3. Add Chrysos or Asimi Oil: Shake to combine, the other ingredients.
4. Stir with Ice: Add ice cubes to the mixing glass and stir for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
5. Strain: Using a fine mesh strainer, double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass to remove any ice shards and ensure a smooth texture.
6. Garnish: Slowly add the oil drops to the mixture. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
Presentation:
Serve the Chryso’s or Asimi Martini in a chilled martini glass, with a small dish of nuts on the side. Chryso’s and Asimi adds a silky texture and a subtle, savory note that complements the botanicals in the gin and the sweet puree.
Dry Chrsyo’s or Asimi Martini

2 oz. premium gin (e.g., Hendrick’s or The Botanist) 0.5 oz dry vermouth 0.25 oz. Chryso’s or Asimi olive oil 1 dash orange bitters Ice cubes Lemon twist or olive for garnish
